Production time

Standard production is about 2 weeks from the moment you approve your mockup (faster turnaround available with express shipping). Production does not begin until approval, so the clock starts when you say yes, not when you first enquire.

Food containers are supplied as rigid vessels with separate lids, and base and lid components are quoted, scheduled and packed as matched pairs with the pairing recorded against the customer account, on the stated basis that the components carry separate part numbers and separate production lead times; customers are advised in writing that lids produced on other tooling are unlikely to seal correctly against our bases irrespective of visual similarity; nest ratios for empty vessels and stacked load capacities for filled vessels are stated on quotations as specifications; materials are specified against the stated fill temperature rather than the serving temperature, and lid venting is specified according to whether the product is served immediately or chilled; microwave suitability and oven suitability are stated separately for each material and are not represented as equivalent; vessels specified for frozen storage are produced in materials selected for low-temperature toughness and are supplied with a matte writable panel moulded into the lid; reusable and returnable products are specified against the customer’s stated commercial wash regime and cycle expectation rather than against a generic cycle count, and identification is applied by moulding or comparable durable means rather than surface printing; no representation is made that any container is recycled in any particular locality, the material composition being stated so that customers may verify acceptance with their own waste contractor; and programme customers’ base-and-lid pairings, size ranges, materials and decoration are held on file so that reorders match previous production exactly.

Express turnaround

If you are working to an opening, a wedding or an event date, tell us the date when you request the quote. Express turnaround is available on most products and we will confirm in writing whether your date is achievable before you pay.

Delivery

Orders ship from the United States by ground carrier, with transit typically running 2–5 business days depending on distance. You receive tracking as soon as the shipment leaves. Expedited air service is available on request.

Addresses and split shipments

Double-check your shipping address before approval — carriers charge to redirect a shipment in transit and we pass that cost through at cost. We can split one order across multiple locations; just tell us the breakdown when you order.

Lost or damaged shipments

If tracking stalls or a carton arrives damaged, contact us with photos and we will open the carrier claim and reprint or refund the affected portion. You do not have to deal with the carrier yourself.
